Diary Entry – 22nd Feb 2025

Time: 12:30 PM

As I continue to personally attend as many queries as possible for Haxor, I find immense joy in the process. When I first launched Haxor, one of my biggest concerns was that adaptive and elderly clothing might struggle in the online market—after all, these groups rarely shop for themselves. But one of my happiest moments has been witnessing Gen Z stepping in, calling on behalf of their grandparents. It reassures me that the need is real, and we are making a difference.

Today, I received a call from a young man in Bangalore. His voice carried both concern and urgency as he explained his situation. His father, who lives in Orissa, had suffered a stroke and was struggling with urinary incontinence. "By the time he manages to unbutton his trousers, there's already some leakage," he shared. He was looking for a solution—something that would make his father’s daily life a little easier.

Understanding his father’s needs, I suggested two options: velcro-closure trousers for quick and effortless dressing, and pull-on elastic waist trousers for ease of wear. Uncertain, he decided to order one of each to see what worked best. A few days later, he reached out again—his father preferred the velcro design but wanted to keep the elastic-waist option for flexibility.

This conversation reinforced something we often overlook—how difficult urinary control can become with age. It’s a silent struggle that many face, yet few talk about. When I started Haxor, my goal was clear: to create clothing that brings dignity and ease to everyday life. Moments like these remind me that we are on the right path.

But our work doesn’t stop here. Understanding the challenges faced by seniors, we are now working on launching washable, reusable, and leak-resistant underwear—soft, reliable, and comfortable—to offer even better solutions.

I’ll be sending him samples for testing soon.

Signing off for the day, feeling fulfilled. 💙
